Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are prepared following the Waffo Pancake merchant compliance template and describe your rights and obligations when using Multi-Image To SEO Blog (the “Service”). By using the Service you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of Terms
The Service is operated by Multi-Image To SEO Blog (”we”, ”us”). The Service is an AI SEO blog generator for independent Shopify / Etsy sellers. By using the Service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Service is delivered as a digital SaaS: after you upload product images and configuration, the system compresses images, writes an Alt per image, and produces a structured SEO blog post. The Service is digital content delivered immediately upon payment and can be viewed, copied, or downloaded under your account. We do not guarantee any specific search ranking or sales conversion from the images or generated content.
3. Account and Registration
You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep your credentials secure. If you sign in via a third party (such as Google), ensure that account's email is secure. You represent that your registration information is accurate and you will not share your account or resell access commercially.
4. Credits and Plans
The Service uses a credit-based model: one full generation costs 1 credit. New accounts receive free credits; once used up, you may purchase credit packs on demand (plans and pricing are shown on the pricing page). Credits may only be used for generation and image processing within the Service; they are not redeemable for cash, not transferable, and do not accrue interest.
5. Billing and Payment
When you purchase credits, you authorize us to charge the corresponding amount (including applicable taxes) to the payment method you select. We do not store your card number — payments are handled by our compliant payment processors (such as Paddle, Waffo Pancake, or others, depending on the channel you choose at checkout) as the merchant of record. Prices are as shown at checkout.
6. Validity and Cancellation
Credits are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase; unused credits expire after that (the exact validity is stated in the pack description at purchase). The Service has no automatic renewal or recurring charge; you may stop using it and simply not purchase more, and no further charges will occur. To close your account, delete it in account settings; after deletion we retain or remove your data per the Privacy Policy.
7. Refund Policy
Within 7 days of your first credit purchase, if you are unsatisfied and have not heavily consumed credits, you may request a full refund. Duplicate or failed charges are refunded to the original payment method. We do not offer ”no refunds ever”; we reserve the right to reasonably decline refunds that are clearly abusive (e.g. after heavy use of generation). Approved refunds are returned within 14 business days.
8. Billing Disputes
If you have any question about a charge, contact us first at the email below and we will investigate and reply within a reasonable time. Please avoid opening a chargeback with your bank before contacting us, as this may disrupt your account.
9. AI Content and Intellectual Property
You own all rights to the images you upload and the content generated by the Service (titles, descriptions, Alts, blog body). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license, solely as necessary to provide the Service, to process your inputs. We do not use your inputs or outputs to train our own models. The Service's generation relies on third-party AI models (e.g. vision and reasoning models), whose outputs are subject to their respective providers' terms.
10. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to: generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, hateful, pornographic, or fraudulent content; create deepfakes or impersonate others; process others' copyrighted material without authorization; train or fine-tune a model that competes with the Service; or reverse-engineer, scrape, abuse, or automate calls beyond a reasonable rate.
11. Data, Privacy and Security
How we collect and use your data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which you should read together with these Terms. Card data is handled by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors and is not stored on our servers. We retain account-related data per our policy; after account deletion, related data is purged within 90 days (unless law requires longer).
12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided ”as is” without warranties of merchantability, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. ⚠️ AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated — verify it before publishing. In no event shall our aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount you paid to the Service in the preceding 12 months.
13. Term and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. If you breach these Terms, we may suspend or permanently terminate your account and access after notice, without refund (except where required by law). After termination, your account data is handled per the Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of 运营主体所在地. Disputes arising from these Terms or the Service should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if that fails, they shall be submitted to 运营主体所在地有管辖权的法院.
15. General Provisions
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance via website notice or email; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Each provision is independent; if any is invalid, the rest remain in effect.
