did u install the IE patch KB912945 but not KB912812?
1. Create the control as windowless. This problem doesn't occur if the 
control is windowless. 
2. Add an OnNcPaint message handler to the control. Then, use 
RedrawWindow(); to invalidate the window. However, it will flicker when 
scrolling.
