谁用都可以，关键是谁来负责释放的问题。
另外，还有一点，如果COM要传出字符串，那几乎是只能使用AllocSysString了。
当然，你给COM传一个字节串，用AllocSysString也不是不可，但没多大必要（这还会带来到底由谁释放的问题）。
Commonly, if this string is passed to a COM function as an [in] parameter, then this requires the caller to free the string.
