我的机器配置为：
P4 2.4G ，FX5200，BENQ LCD
软件版本：
winXP, driverstudio 2.7, vmware 4.5.2
问题：
1.当我在本机启用softice后，softice使用正常，但vmware不能启动虚拟机。
vmware报错为：
*** VMware Workstation internal monitor error ***
ASSERT bugNr=2293 at 19a2 (8848)

2.在win2k下，问题依然存在。
3.换用driverstudio3.1，启用softice后，softice不能接获异常(2.7可以），但vmware又可以启动虚拟机了。
